Steve shares his life long experience as a conference creator, director and entrepreneur with colleagues working in or connected to the Mice industry. Mostly this happens in a format of a one day workshop or as customized keynote speech, when a bigger audience is involved.

His main vision in modern conference management is that conference logistics (the ‘hardware’) and the conference content (the ‘software’) should form a seamless unity in order to create a unique experience for the delegates attending a conference.

Many of the aspects needed to attain this, can be highlighted as separate workshop topics. Below are some popular themes asked for. But more inspiration on mice themes can be found in the book Secrets of Effective Meetings and Events.
